We're pleased to share the latest developments at Meadow Vista at Legacy, where significant progress continues to be made across the site. Building 1000 is now fully framed, with other buildings at various framing stages. This marks a key milestone as we move toward the completion of this phase.
In addition to the framing, Building 1000 is also receiving James Hardie siding, known for its durability and aesthetic appeal. The installation of this high-quality siding is well underway, ensuring the building will be both visually striking and long-lasting.
At the clubhouse, we’re focusing on the entryway, which is being carefully detailed with brickwork to create a welcoming and elegant first impression for future residents and guests. This addition will contribute to the luxury feel of the community’s central gathering space.
Additionally, the pickleball court is coming along nicely, with paving now underway. Once completed, this amenity will offer a fun and active space for residents to enjoy. Inside the buildings, interior finishes are progressing steadily, bringing us closer to creating comfortable and modern living spaces.
